Up to 20cm of snow expected to hit Moncton, Southeast New Brunswick Friday

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Moncton & Southeastern New Brunswick Friday, November 16.

We could be seeing up to 20cm of snow heading our way in this storm.

“Snow will develop over southwestern New Brunswick early Friday morning and spread across the province throughout the morning. The snow will mix with ice pellets in the afternoon and then being to taper off Friday evening as the storm moves away from the province.

Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic in urban areas.”
