Dominic LeBlanc’s new jobs

Beausejour MP Dominic LeBlanc has new responsibilities…but has lost a major post, according to the Times and Transcript.

Leblanc, the only cabinet minister from New Brunswick, has been removed as Government House leader…but he retains the Fisheries Portfolio. Leblanc has also been made chair of a cabinet committee which will advise the Justice Minister on lawsuits against the government. He’s also been added to another cabinet committee on energy, the environment and climate change. Leblanc said in an interview cabinet committees are where the decision-making power is.
