Daycare trial continues

The trial of Memramcook daycare operator Celine Lang continues.

Lang is on trial for assault charges involving 12 children and an employee from incidents in 2014. The defence is now presenting its case.

The Times and Transcript reports the judge said the Crown offerred no relevant evidence on two of the 13 assault charges so he found her not guilty already on those two. But there are 11 other charges to be decided. Lang testified the problems at her daycare were due to staff incompetance.
