Assault suspect under guard in hospital

A Moncton man who was wanted by police on a warrant for aggravated assault is in hospital.

25 year old Shawn William LeBlanc was picked up in Moncton Monday evening and found to be in medical distress. He was taken to hospital where he will be taken into custody once he’s released by the doctors. LeBlanc is facing aggravated assault, forcible confinement and other charges in an incident August 6.
