Conditional release granted in assault case

A Moncton man has been released from jail on a number of conditions after being charged last week with assaulting a woman.

60 year old Bryan Joseph Gillan was charged Friday and spent the weekend behind bars. The judge released him on conditions yesterday after and ordered him back to court September 26th to enter a plea.
