Another plea in accessory to murder

Another guilty plea is coming to an accessory charge in connection with the killing of Baylie Wylie in Moncton last December.

Zachary Sean Holden was in court yesterday to have trial dates set…but his lawyer indicated he would be entering a guilty plea instead….that will be done at an as-yet-to-set date.

Holden is charged with accessory after the fact, dangerous driving and fleeing police in helping Tyler Dominique Noel evade capture.  Noel is charged with murder and arson in Wylie’s death on Sumac Street.
