NB Liquor threatens access to information commissioner with lawsuit over right-to-information request

NB Liquor has threatened to sue Access to Information Commissioner Anne Bertrand over a right-to-information request conclusion.  CBC filed it over a year ago about the decision to keep the Growler pilot project going, but NB Liquor didn’t hand anything over.  Bertrand’s report after CBC’s appeal said the Crown corporation “considered itself above the law” in its response.
