Gun call update

Codiac RCMP have released a man without charge after that gun incident in the north end around midday Tuesday.

RCMP were called to the area of Edgett Avenue and Noel Street about a man suspected of having a handgun. They converged in force and arrested a 58 year old man who matched the description of the suspect. He has now been released without any charges. No gun was found. The investigation is continuing.
