Walmart to charge for plastic bags in Maritimes

Walmart is about to start charging for plastic bags in the Maritimes.  The company will charge five cents per as of the 17th, hoping you’ll start using the reusable bags.  Walmart told CBC that New Brunswick alone used over 32 million bags last year.
