In Q-League hockey…the Wildcats were pounded by the Islanders 10-1 in Charlottetown.

At the M-H-L’s Showcase tournament in Truro…the Commandos beat the Western Capitals 4-2.

In the CFL…the Stampeders rode roughshod over the Argos 48-20.  Edmonton handled the Alouettes 40-20.

In the NFL…Tampa Bay beat Carolina 17-14 on a field goal as time expired.
