Morningstar murder trial

The Devin Morningstar trial for first degree murder and arson continues.

The Times and Transcript reports RCMP D-N-A expert Michelle Scott-Mascioli testified that DNA of all three of the accussed was found on evidence seized from the crime scene in a triplex on Sumac Street.

Fire chief Charles LeBlanc also testified that three fires were set in the apartment, two on the upper level and one on the main level. He said the main level fire was set near the mattress Baylie Wylie’s body was found under.
