The cross-border beer battle returns to court today.

Lawyers are at the Copurt of Appeal seeking to appeal the ruling in  April that threw out limits on cross-border alcohol imports. In its notice of appeal, the Crown claims the judge erred in his legal interpretation of both the Liquor Control Act and the Constitution.
