Ride 1 – Qualifier Ride

The Mike’s Bike Shop Gravel Series returns for 2026.

Ride 1 serves as a qualifier and introduction to the series. While designed to be the most accessible ride of the season, participants should not mistake this for a beginner ride.

The purpose of this ride is simple:
 Experience real gravel riding
 Understand the pace and expectations of the series
 Prepare for the more demanding rides later in the season

Additional route details, distance, elevation, meeting location, and logistics will be announced closer to the event.

Rider Expectations

Participants should be comfortable with:
• Riding in a group
• Gravel surfaces
• Self-supported riding
• Basic mechanical repairs
• Carrying sufficient water and nutrition
