Sobeys Cooking Class

Sobeys Elmwood Drive will be having a healthy cooking class with chef and dietician on Thursday, November 17th from 11am-1pm. The cost is $15 and on the menu will be: creamy roasted squash dip, seared lemon dill salmon, cauliflower potato colcannon and orange honey carrots.
