Maplehurst Middle School will be having an adult dance with live entertainment, dancing and prizes all in support of the new playground and outdoor classroom on Saturday, February 8th from 7:30-11:30 pm, 320 Maplehurst Drive. The Salisbury Lions Club will be having an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on Saturday, February 15th from 7-10am, 63 Peter St. in Salisbury. The menu will consist of pancakes, sausages, pure maple syrup, donuts, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. Cost is $8 for Adults, $3 for Children ages 6-10 and FREE for Pre-School. All proceeds are for community work.

The February meeting of the Southeastern Branch of the New Brunswick Genealogical Society Inc. will be held on Saturday, February 15th at 2pm at the Saint John the Baptist Anglican Church, upstairs foyer in Riverview. Carma Cat Rescue will be having a Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday, February 15th at the Riverview Lions Club, 701 Coverdale Rd. from 6-8pm. There will be spaghetti (gluten-free & vegetarian options available), salad, garlic bread and dessert with coffee or tea. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the door or online at: carmamonctonetransfer@gmail.com with the password "spaghetti". Any tickets purchased will automatically be entered to win a gift basket valued at $40.

The Second Mile Food Bank will be having a pancake breakfast on Saturday, March 14th from 8am-12pm at the Sunny Brea Baptist Church, 85 Elmwood Dr.

There will be a silent auction and dessert extravaganza at St. John's United Church, 75 Alma St. (use Victoria St. entrance) on Thursday, March 19th and Friday, March 20th.
